Such a memorable experience. Our family was suggested this cruise by a friend and it was so great. We were warmly welcomed from the port and assisted throughout the tour. The crew was super nice and helpful. They were also very friendly with our kids. The food was yummy and they provided kid food as well. The location was stunning and despite the crowds, the view was totally worth it. Thank you for a great service and experience. We will come back!

We just finished our trip on the Hera Classic Boutique Cruise. And although I have left a review, I wanted to clarify a few things. The staff is great. Very sweet and enthusiastic. Tony, our Cruise Manager had a great energy which was infectious, and made sure everyone was comfortable.

Since there are different groups 1N/2D and 2N/3D on the same cruise, it was difficult to understand all the details and timings that were relevant to us. It causes some confusion. Hence our suggestion is to have a black board in the reception/dining area with the activity details - what time we leave, what time we return, what kind of experience, what we should carry with us, so that we are clear on the plan for the day. And also to have the information in a way we can double check when needed. My feedback is not meant for any specific staff, but is directed towards the organisation. We found everyone on the team to be very efficient and friendly and made the trip much more enjoyable for us.

Tony was very nice, the rest of the staff were helpful, we were impressed with the quality of service they provided. Food was delicious. It was fantastic and we would recommend it.

Had 2 days 1 night on Catherine Cruise. We were impressed by the facilities and the service of the crew. Food was amazing with plenty of options. My diet was well accommodated too. Dinner was the highlight. We stayed in the Royal Suite which was large and spotlessly clean. The excursions to the cave and island were quite touristic but we could understand that. The view was awesome. A special thanks to the whole team for organizing a great tour. Van, Ella were the best. So happy with this choice. Will recommend Catherine Cruise for sure!

We had the chance to experience the 3D2N journey of Heritage Binh Chuan. It was really a memorable trip for me. The staff was enthusiastic, the food was delicious and a lot of fun from the activities. exhibitions and entertainment activities.

Trip was amazing, 3 days of my life, probably the best trip, with great staff, delicious food, and beautiful view. we were 2 adults and 1 9yo child.

Aspira was absolutely wonderful for my solo trip in ha long. Lee accompanied me as a friend who was kind and knowledgeable! He took good care of me always asking what we needed and quickly responded. I was amazed at the choices of Vietnamese and Western food. Really an amazing trip!
