But you will only leave the main boat for about 4 hours from 12.45 to 4.45pm so if you are well prepared for your kid, it will still be okay. Dear Terence, You can still use the bus Hanoi to Halong and Halong to Hanoi then we will arrange a connecting car to pick you up on the way to go directly to Hanoi airport. Dear Sai, Yes, the cruise can cater to pure vegetarian meals (no meat/seafood/egg). The cost is USD 34 per person for shuttle bus Hanoi - Halong - Ninh Binh. If you can bring your luggage to the boat and store it in your cabin. Please be advised the junior suite and senior suite are only different from the location. Dear Anna, The biking activity is on the second day when you will be transferred to a day boat until the afternoon. You can skip biking and relax on the day boat until they move to the next activity. In case you want to stay on Genesis Cruise, it is alright but the ship will back to the harbor to drop off previous guests and welcome new guests, thus the itinerary and meals will be repeated.

As for the itinerary, you will start from Tuan Chau Port and cross a part of Halong Bay during transferring time from the port to the cruise but mainly explore Lan Ha Bay.

Dear Evangelia, In case of bad weather and the tour have to be cancelled, which is decided by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

1/ Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund. => You can rebook the trip on any other date 
2/ During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
3/ The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

For the two later options, you can pay for the services you used and book another trip if you wish to. For your anniversary, the cruise will decorate your room to celebrate it. I hope to hear from you soon and please let me know if you have any other inquiries.

You can consider Doris Cruise or Erina Cruise, which leaves later at around 12:15 - 12:30, however, you will need to leave the airport by 11:15am which I believe is quite a rush. The cost is USD 140 for Hanoi - Halong. You can either choose from these options: (1) Private car directly from Halong to Noi Bai International Airport at the cost of 110 USD; (2) Shuttle bus (can be included with your booking at 30 USD/round trip/pax) from Halong to Hanoi and then take a taxi to Noi Bai Airport at the cost of 18 USD. Please be advised that if your flight lands at 10.30am, you will be late for the cruise as the check in time is at 12.00pm and it takes 3 hours from Hanoi airport to Halong. However, you can still take a speedboat to the cruise and pay for that service yourself. The amount will depend on the distance from the port to the cruise, around $100 - $150. Dear Ali, Thank you for contacting us and we are so happy to hear from you! Please be advised that only 1 kid under 4 years old is allowed for FOC per cabin. Thus as far as I know, you are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (under 4 years old), you can all stay in one room: FOC for a 3-year-old kid and an extra charge for an 8-month kid. Cruise facilities were 10/10. Generous staff, homey atmosphere. We felt like insiders in our home. Experiences were fantastic until the end.
Just 2 suggestions: a little dirty jacuzzi and time for day cruises was limited.

Rooms with mesmerizing views and good facilities. Servers helped us to be taken care of and keep the smile.
I personally think the schedule was so tight. It would be good if it seemed to be an adventurous trip but I need relaxing time as slowly slowly pass down. They woke us up through a loudspeaker in the room which they did not know if their guests wanted. A printed itinerary or a file sent via email could be better. Should include at least one drink per meal, an extra charge could be added to the price without any complaints

This trip was exciting, well-scheduled, definitely exceeded all expectations. The staff was willing to lend a hand and share a laugh. food was delicious, rooms were furniture. Activities by night were funny and made our time deeply exciting.
I didn't dislike anything except for taking time to get used to the overpriced, but I suppose it included serving costs.

They kept themselves occupied during the time in treating us even making us with lovely surprises for our honeymoon trip. The cruise was planned so well!
The only thing that I didn't like was the tourist spots were overcrowded, that made our time not as peaceful as expected. Not the fault of the cruise but can they make another plan to keep us away from the crowd? We were getting a little bored as so many people made noise while the weather was not too enjoyable it rained lightly all day, plus a few kids were noisy onboard.

Our room had massive windows with amazing views of Halong Bay. All fun activities well planned made us laugh and laugh. Wish we could discover more. Food on 1st lunch was really delicious. Crew was hospitable was so nice.
