Day 1: Tuan Chau - Halong Bay - Luon Cave - Titop Island

Morning

Get picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter area (surcharge) and start a 2.5-hour drive to Tuan Chau harbor. Embark on the boat and check in your cabin.

Afternoon

Savor a hearty lunch while Hermes Cruise sets sail to Halong Bay. The ship puts anchor at Luon Cave where you can participate in kayaking or relax on a sampan boat rowed by a local to admire the scenery. Later, progress to Titop Island for swimming and hiking. You can immerse in the seawater, relax on the sandy beach, or climb up over 400 steps to reach the peak and watch the panoramic view of Halong. Then, back to the vessel, enjoy Sun Set party, or book a massage service to pamper yourself. Those who are in love with Vietnamese cuisine cannot miss a cooking demonstration with the most traditional dish called spring rolls.

Evening

Enjoy set menu dinner in a luxurious and intimate space of the restaurant. After that, your free time can give squid fishing a try or order some drinks and socialize with other passengers.

Day 2: Surprise Cave - Tuan Chau

Morning A Tai Chi session would be the perfect start for a new day. Enjoy light breakfast while the cruise proceeds to Surprise Cave area - the largest cave in Halong Bay with an area of 10,000 sqm. Spend almost 1 hour there and then return to Hermes Cruise for check out. A buffet brunch will be served in the dining area on the way back to the harbor. Disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor at around 11:30 am.

Day boat picks you up at around 8:30 and moves to the deeper parts in Halong Bay. The first stop is Trinh Nu Cave area where you can kayak to discover the rocky mountains for an hour and a half.

Afternoon

Lunch is served on the day boat. Later, you will visit Me Cung Cave. Return to the mother boat and have free time until dinner. You can choose to join Sunset Party, Happy Hour, or cooking class, or simply unwind on the sun loungers on the top deck.

Evening

Enjoy a fusion set-menu dinner. Free time for night activities.

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
Children 11 and above must pay full fare as adult.
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $50/adult and $40/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st 2024. Surcharge $25/person/night on Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/1/2025).
On the second day you will travel on day boat and do not have access to mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon.

Hi There, I just had a couple questions. My boyfriend and I were looking to do the 2 day/1 night cruise Oct 22 2024. We will be coming from Hanoi and then after the cruise are heading to Ninh Binh. I see the transfer is included, but is that just to/from to Hanoi? Or is it possible to have one way be to Ninh Binh? 1/ If the tour is cancelled in advance with prior notice, full refund will be made.
2/ If the tour is cancelled midway through, you will be charged for service already use (such as shortened cruise trip, or breakfast, or shuttle bus, whichever applies in specific case).

The cruise organizer can arrange to arrange the bus for you one day earlier, however, please note that they will drop you off at the cruise pier and you will have to take a taxi to your hotel. You can book hotels in Tuan Chau Marina which is close to the waiting lounge, or a hotel in Bai Chay area, which is around 20-minute drive. As I have checked, the Junior Suite connecting rooms are still available and our offer is US$ 740 for 2 Junior Suite cabins with free shuttle service.
