Blue Dragon Tour’s car picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi at 8:00. It takes around 3.5 hours to arrive at Halong harbor. During the trip, you might watch numerous beautiful landscape of Vietnam: rustic villages, green paddy fields, grandiose mountains, etc. Arrive in Halong City and get on the boat at 12:15.
AfternoonFeast on a delicious lunch while the junk is cruising amongst hundreds of islets, passing famous tourists sites such as Tea Port Islet, Yen Ngua Islet, Little Dog Islet, Man’s Head Islet, Tortoise Islet, etc. Especialy, the most awaiting destination of the day is Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, which preserve thousand-year old stalactites.
Return to the junk in the late afternoon, relax and enjoy the sunset with free fresh fruits are served. Enjoy the dinner with fresh seafood on board. Entertainments for the night might be chatting with friends, or exotic squid fishing at night.

Get up early to catch the great view of the sunrise over the bay and enjoy light breakfast with tea, coffee and cakes. Visit Luon Cave on small bamboo boat paddled by crews of the junk and enjoys the quiet atmosphere enclosed by high islets and mountains.
Come back to Huong Hai Junk for farewell party and check-out. Arrive at Halong for disembarkation and get on our car immediately to come back to Hanoi.

We loved this cruise so much. If we have time to come back Vietnam, we will definitely make another cruise in Halong Bay. And of course, we will choose Huong Hai Junk again and hope that we will have the same wonderful experiences.
Embarking on board, we were greeted with a cold towel and a nice welcome drink. The vessel was well-designed with the first floor to sit and relax as well as the sundeck. The dining room was in good size and well decorated. Crew was accommodating and supportive all the time we needed.
Huong Hai was built in the traditional style. The vessel is a bit outdated and needs outside maintenance. Cabin was good enough to stay. Small bathroom with clean towels, a sink, a toilet, and a shower. Special mention to the guide who was very informative and had a good command of English. He well informed us all interesting things about Halong Bay.
We loved this cruise so much, highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the Halong Bay cruise that you planned for me. The cruise sailed to much less travelled route so it was peaceful and quiet to admire Halong Bay. Although the cruise was a bit tired but cabin was well-appointed with comfortable bed and excellent A/C. Food was delicious with lots of fresh seafood. I specially appreciated shrimps and crabs. So yummy! Activities were better than I expected. It was an extremely enjoyable experience. I would recommend you to my friends!
