Cruise itinerary

Shuttle bus picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter at 8:00 - 8:30 am. Arrive at the port, check in onboard, enjoy a welcome drink and listen to the safety briefing.
AfternoonLucnh is served while the cruise starts sailing to Bai Tu Long Bay. The first stop is Thien Canh Son Cave. You will hike to discover the cave and admire the stunning view of the bay. Return to the cruise for Happy Hour and cooking demonstration.
EveningDinner is served. Then, you have free time to order drinks from the bar, try squid fishing or relax in your own cabin.

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email.

- Return Hanoi: 3:00 PM
- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4 - under 12 will pay an extra 75% of adult rate, sharing bed with 2 adults
- Children aged 12 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $30 per adult and $15 per child per night applies for travel date on 24th December and 31st December.

If I have a flight that arrives at Haiphong at 1055 will I be able to make this cruise? I assume I'll have to arrange a car or taxi.
Dear Marc Kelly, Regarding your arrival time at 10.55 at Hai Phong airport, it will be a bit rushed as it takes about 45 minutes - 1 hour from Hai Phong airport to Halong and the cruise departs at 12.00pm. You can consider Erina Cruise instead as this cruise departs at 12.30pm. You can take a taxi or we arrange a private car for you. Its price is USD 45 for a sedan car for one way. Bets regards, Cindy

1. We offer shuttle bus round trip from/to Hanoi Old Quarter only. It is US$ 15/person/way
2. The cost includes cabins, all meals and activities.
3. You will disembark at around 11:00 - 11:30. If you need to get to the airport we have following options:
- Shuttle bus Halong - Hanoi (US$ 15/person) & connecting car to the airport (US$ 20/car) => You will reach the airport at around 3:00 - 3:30 pm
- Private car Halong - Noi Bai Airport (US$ 100) => You will reach the airport at around 2:00 - 2:30 pm
4. All meals are included.

Clean cabin. Excellent view. Nice kayaking. Overall a nice experience.
The ship was clean and well maintained. The cabin was small and had a nice view. The kayaking at the village was calm and peaceful.
Love the view and the hospitality of the staff. Food is great.
The ship was well-equipped and clean. Our cabin was compact and comfortable. The program was interesting, not too jam-packed and enough time for relaxing. Recommended!
