The shuttle bus will collect you from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quater area (with an extra charge). The journey will take approximately 3 hours to get to No.19 Tuan Chau International Marina.
AfternoonBe ready on a small boat transfer to Majesty Prime Cruise. Upon boarding the main boat, you will be welcomed with complimentary drinks, have time to rest, and check into your room. Enjoy a hearty lunch in the restaurant before preparing for excursions to Lan Ha Bay. - Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.

- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.

- Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
