Our shuttle bus picks you up at Hanoi Old Quarter and starts a 2.5-hour drive to Tuan Chau Marina, Halong Bay. Be welcomed aboard with a welcome drink, then listen to the safety briefing from cruise manager. Enjoy lunch while Nostalgia Cruises moves further to Lan Ha Bay.

Afternoon

Progress by bus to Trung Trang cave - the largest valley on Cat Ba Island. Then, back to the vessel and move to the second attraction - Tra Bau. It is time for you to immerse yourself in the crystal clear water before coming back for Happy Hour at 18:00. Relax on the top deck and watch the magnificent sunset view or join the cooking class with a Vietnamese traditional dish.

Evening

Dinner is served at 19:15 with the fusion Asian - Western cuisine. After dinner, you have free time to order drinks at the bar, try squid fishing, watch movies, or relax in your cabin.

Wake up early for dawn view and Taichi session on the top deck. Enjoy breakfast and pack your belongings before being transferred to the day boat and moving to Cat Ba Island. Get on Cat Ba Island. You can opt to ride a bike or use an electric car to discover Viet Hai Village - one of the most ancient villages on the island. Back to the day boat and enjoy lunch.

Afternoon

Swim at an untouched area on Lan Ha Bay. Back to Nostalgia at around 17:00 and ready for Sunset time and Happy Hour.

Evening

Dinner is served. Freetime with onboard activities.

Day 3: Lan Ha Bay - Hanoi
Morning

Dawn-lovers may join a Taichi session on the sundeck to relax muscles and enjoy the fresh air. Light breakfast is served in the dining area. The cruise stops at Ao Ech area - a quiet and calm place for kayaking and watching the limestone rocks. Back to the cruise at 9:30 am to freshen up before checking out the cabin.   • The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
  • Children from 4 - 11 sharing same cabin with parents will pay an extra 75% of adult rate.
  • Children aged 12 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
  • Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $40 per adult and $30 per child per night applies for travel dates on 24th December, 31st December, and 28 January 2025 (Lunar New Year Eve). Surcharge of $30 per adult and $20 per child per night applies for travel date on Lunar New Year (29, 30, 31/01/2025)
  • On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon (for 3 days/2 nights itinerary)

- Shuttle bus Halong - Hanoi (US$ 10/person) & connecting car to the airport (US$ 20/sedan car) => You will reach the airport at around 3:00 - 3:30pm
- Private car Halong - Hanoi airport (US$ 100/sedan car) => You will reach the airport at around 2:00 - 2:30 pm

I am sorry that there is no room with the bathroom for the sea view. You can have a look at Orchid Classic Cruise, a sister of Nostalgia to have room with a bath facing the sea. Nostalgia has a great staff team. We did 2 days which was wonderful. We enjoyed the food and activities as well. the sun deck was fun so the kayaks were. We also visited Cat Ba. Space of the boat was beautiful and special. the facilities as well. very well looked after by Martin server.

Our fantastic trip and almost didn't want to leave. All the whole thing, service, food, decor, sleep, balcony. The staff was amazing, especially our waiter Martin. Well balanced of activities and still had time to sleep well. Very loved this 3d/2n trip and somehow we can come back here many more times.

We are a party of 5, 4 adults 1 kid 4yo, just had a holiday on Nostalgia. The staff were nice, friendly, informative, humorous, especially Mr Green and Kent. The bay view was spectacular and we got to take it for the whole trip, maybe that's why it’s on the pricey side. It did feel crowded with lots of curious tourists like me, but we still really enjoyed the activities. I’d recommend this tour!

David and his team were fantastic with their service and the way they presented the food. Mr. Dat was always on time, full of energy, and very informative. I want to recommend this trip, worth every bit, especially 3-day, 2-night option.

We crusied on Nostalgia. The trip was fun and we really enjoyed overlooking views and Happy Hour. Lots of activities to join in. Kayaked, swam, squid fishing and a bike tour of the village. The crew left a big impression, a servant Martin was sweet and spoke excellent English.

Full of great moments: 1. Nice people members: Martin, Green supported us a lot and helped us to have the most wonderful time. 2. Good weather and the surrounding scenery. 3. Gorgeous room and customer service met high quality. 2 nights went by as a dream and we look forward to being back here.

5 star floating hotel with reasonable price. The trip made us feel like royalty, treated like kings and queens. Food was plentiful and drinks were creative. Staff were truly attentive and spoke English well, always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed immediately. The activities were fun, as a result, we gained so many new experiences. We even thought about staying another night, but it was too late. Great job to everyone!
