There were 6 of us. We booked 2 nights on Pelican Cruise. The boat itself was not new as the picture but clean. Our cabins were comfortable. We visited the island and went kayaking on the first day. On the second day, we were on the day boat to visit a fishing village and a small cave in a quiet area. The trip was very relaxing. On the last day, Surprise Cave was huge and beautiful but much more crowded. The food was nice and plentiful. The staff was very kind and helpful. A 2-night package is recommended!
We booked a Royal Suite which was spacious and had a nice view with a private balcony. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. The food was excellent. Although there were quite a lot of activities continuously, we enjoyed the itinerary. Thank you for a great trip! We would recommend our friends.
Activities were great. We joined kayaking, climbing, discovering the cave, swimming, etc.
Nice cabin. Good staff. Excellent food. Beautiful view.
The room was comfortable and nice with a small balcony. Watching the bay from the room was great. The food was good but could be more varied, especially for vegan.
Our Deluxe room was compact but clean and comfortable. The staff went the extra mile and we appreciate their kindness. The excursions were too crowded. Maybe next time we would book 2 nights on the bay to have more time to relax and visit isolated areas.
My family had a 1-night tour with Pelican. The ship was downgraded a bit but the cabin and public areas were kept clean and neat. The food was diversified. Drinks were excluded and fairly expensive. Halong Bay was breathtaking and you will never regret it.
A nice experience overall. The crew was excellent. Good food and well-organized program.
The room had a nice view. The itinerary was good but a bit rushed. More downtime between activities would be better. Other things were great, especially the staff. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. Thank you!
Vegetarian meals were good. The cabin was clean and well equipped. We loved kayaking. The cave was beautiful too. Recommended!
