Dear Paolo, Shuttle bus can only pick-up and drop-off in Hanoi Old Quarter and it is a shared vehicle. Drop off after the trip: you will reach Hanoi between 2:30pm-3:00pm. If you wish to book a flight after the cruise trip please book one after 5:30pm to avoid rushing between places. We do not offer a direct bus to the airport but our van can continue to the airport after dropping off guests in downtown Hanoi. If the day boat of Signature Cruise has low volume of guests (low occupancy of 3 days/2 nights bookings), they will combine with guests from other boats too as if not, they will get lost. For your question in another email, you will leave the main boat and your cabin from 8.30am to 3.00-4.00pm and during that time, if you want to freshen up, you can use the toilet on the day boat but you do not have to do that. The Royal vessel is newer and its cabins are a lot more spacious than the original one. It also got a Royal Suite which the Signature Cruise does not have. If you travel in the last week of December, I suggest you consider booking your cruise soon as otherwise it's very full, it's a peak season for travel in Halong Bay.
