Royal Wings Cruise is a new 5-star liner in Halong Bay. Built in 2014 and has been put into operation since January 2015, Royal Wings has the dimensions of 54 meters in length, 10 meters in depth, and 1.8 meters in width. It has 20 ample and luminous cabins with a large sea view window and a double Jacuzzi bathtub.
All cabins in Royal Wings are equipped with full range of luxury facilities and decorated with sumptuous wooden furniture. Three room types including Executive Cabin, Royal Executive Cabin, and Royal Suite Cabin will be a perfect choice for any couples, families, or groups to relax and admire the spectacular beauty of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Cruise itinerary

Morning:
The journey from Hanoi to Halong Bay takes about 3.5 – 4 hours. If you book our shuttle service, you will be picked up at about 8:00am and arrive at harbour at noon. Transfer to Royal Wings Cruise.
Afternoon:
Enjoy welcome drinks and listen to cruise briefings and safety cautions. Lunch with Set Menu will be served around 1:30 as the cruise sets sails through Bai Tu Long Bay. Two hours later, Royal Wings takes you to visit Vung Vieng Fishing Village where you can explore the village by kayaking or boat rowing in one hour.
Around 4:30, when the sun is less blazing, this is an ideal time to enjoy swimming and sunbathing at Ban Chan Beach. After a series of outdoor activities, return to the main boat to relax or take part in our sunset party.
Evening:
Royal Wings Cruise anchors in Cong Do area, and there will be Happy Hour and cooking class organized on board.
BBQ dinner will be catered at 7:30. After that, you can relax in cabin or engage in evening activities such as squid fishing, karaoke singing, or tasting a cocktail.

Morning:
Early birds can take part in Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck (at 6:30). Then, a sumptuous buffet breakfast will be catered.
At 8:00, Royal Wings Cruise will stop by Thien Canh Son Cave where you can explore the majestic beauty of nature.
Get back on board and it is time for checking out. Enjoy the farewell lunch onboard.
In the midday, as Royal Wings Cruise arrives in the harbor, time to disembark and say good bye to Royal Wings crew team.

Morning:
Get picked up at 8:00am for a 4-hour journey from Hanoi to Halong. Along the way you will catch sight of the peaceful scenery of Vietnam countryside.
Afternoon:
Arrive at noon.
Embark on Royal Wings Cruise and get warm welcome from crew member with a refreshing drink. Set Menu Lunch will be served after the check-in procedure is completed.
In mid-afternoon, Royal Wings Cruise will bring you to Vung Vieng Floating Fishing Village – one of the most beautiful villages in Halong Bay. You will have one hour to explore the village by kayaking or boat rowing.
Around 4:30, let’s enjoy swimming or sunbathing at the pristine Ban Chan Beach. If you want to enjoy a refreshing drink at half price, do not miss Happy Hour, which only takes place from 5:30 – 7:30
Evening:
A cooking lesson will be held alongside with the Happy Hour. Shortly after, BBQ dinner will be served. Cong Dong – Cong Do Area is where we will anchor tonight. Evening activities include squid fishing, board games, and karaoke.

Morning:
At 6:30, Tai Chi lesson will be held on sundeck. Breakfast will be catered at 7:00. In the morning of the second day, you will have a wonderful opportunity to visit Cap La Area by a day boat and go fishing with the fishermen. Set Lunch with seafood and grills will be catered at 12:30.
Afternoon:
At 2:00, we will visit Vung Ha Area – an ideal place for swimming and kayaking. Get back to main boat at 4:00.
Evening:
Enjoy BBQ dinner at 7:30. The rest of the evening is the time for your leisure. You can relax on your own cabin, sit on the sundeck and enjoy cool breezes of the Bay, or take part in evening activities.

Morning:
Early risers can join us on our Tai Chi exercise to begin the day. Light breakfast is served and followed by a visit to Thien Canh Son Cave.
At 9:30, return to the main boat for check out. An a la carte lunch will be served at 10:30 as Royal Wings cruises back to the harbor. At 12:00, disembark and say good bye to Royal Wings crew team.

- Children less than 5 years of age travel free of charge, sharing a room with parent/s. Limitted to one child per cabin.
- Children from 5 to 11 years of age are charged 75%, sharing a room with parent/s.
- The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress.
- Children older than 12 are charged adult price
- Peak season surcharge : Surcharge $35/person for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st.
- Shuttle bus : $20/ adult and $15/ child round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
Booking policy
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 7 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
- From 6 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

Hi your cruise looks great
We will be in the Old Quarter for our pickup on the first day, However, we would need to arrange a private transfer direct to Hanoi airport for an early evening departure. Is this possible? What time would we arrive at Hanoi airport? what is approximate cost? This is for 2 persons

Please be advised that Royal Wings is no longer operating so can I recommend another cruise for you?
05 We can arrange a private car from Halong to Hanoi airport and you will reach the airport by 3.00pm. The cost is USD 105 for a private car for 2 persons.
If your flight is in evening, you can take a bus back to Hanoi Old Quarter then take a taxi/car from here to the airport so you can save some money.

Thank you so much for your contacting us however I am so sorry as it is impossible for us to do the pick up at your hotel in Halong thus you will need to take the taxi on your own from your hotel to our cruise pier to join the trip. I am so sorry for this inconvenience to you as all buses only depart from Hanoi Old Quarter to Tuan Chau Island and most hotels in Halong are out of the way. Thank you for your understanding!

As per your arrival time, it is possible for you to do the cruise on the day you arrive, but we do not have shuttle bus service picking up from Hai Phong. You would need a private car at USD 45/ car for 2 persons.
