Dear Christopher, The latest time you should arrive in the Scarlet Pearl Cruise is at 12.00pm so it will still be enough time for you to make the cruise after the seaplane. Dear Jon, The shuttle bus will take you back to the Old Quarter at around 14:30 - 15:00. I am sorry that it can only drop you off in the Old Quarter, in case you need to get to the airport please consider the 2 following options:

- Connecting car to the airport: US$ 20 for 2 persons
- Private car from the pier to the airport: US$ 100 for 2 persons

If you stay outside of the Old Quarter we can make some exception such as for Sheraton or Intercontinental Hanoi with pick up time at 8:00am. Drop off after the trip: you will reach Hanoi between 2:30pm-3:00pm. Our bus can only drop off in Hanoi Old Quarter. If you wish to book a flight after the cruise trip please book one after 5:30pm to avoid rushing between places. OR you can fly from Hai Phong which is closer to Halong Bay. We do not offer direct bus to the airport but our van can continue to the airport after dropping off guests in downtown Hanoi. Hi there, we are hoping to travel from Australia in November 2022. What days of the week does yout 3 day cruise leave? Also we will be travelling with our 3 Adult daughters aged 19, 22 and 25. Can we possibly book 1 cabin for my husband and myself and 1 cabin for my 3 daughters to share. We are happy to pay for a larger cabin if the 3 girls can stay together. You can surely take 1 cabin for 2 of you and the next cabin for your 3 children. They will put an extra bed in the cabin for your children accordingly. My husband and I had a wonderful stay on Scarlet Pearl Cruise. We were impressed by the warm welcome of the team and their availability at any time. The food was plentiful. The room was fully equipped and comfortable. One of our favorite locations in Vietnam!

The staff was attentive to detail. The activities were well-organized and interesting. Food was delicious and way too much.

We stayed for 2 days, and it felt like it was just my family on the ship. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were always kind, even though they seemed a bit tired at the end of the day. Whenever we were confused, they proactively asked if there was anything they could do to improve our experience. This cruise was for our 25th wedding anniversary and our son's birthday, they surprised us with a song and a pretty cake during dinner service. We understand their commitment to enhancing our vacation experience. We couldn’t love them and the Scarlet Pearl more. Thank you so much! Definitely, we would be back!

Cruise ship was modern, and the staff greeted us with smiles and were very helpful throughout the trip.
