Morning:

Our shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Halong International Cruise Port on a 3 hour ride (not included in cabin cost), then you will be transferred into small tender boat to Signature Cruise. When you get on board, welcome drinks are served while our crew member complete the safety procedure and check you into your cabin.

Afternoon:
Have lunch with special foods while cruising through famous sights by limestone karst....The cruise stops at Vung Vieng Fishing Village. You will kayak around the village and learn about the daily life of fisherman on the bay. If the village does not take your fancy, you can relax on board and sunbathe on the top deck. 
Evening:

Afternoon:
Traditional lunch will be served on day boat. Take some time to freshen up before getting backk to Signature Cruise, relax at your own leisure. At 5:30pm, bar will open the Happy hour program or you can join the cooking demonstration held by our chef.
Evening:

Dear Lim, I would like to answer your questions below:

1. Our bus will pick you up at your hotel if it is in Hanoi Old Quarter or nearby area. If your hotel address is too far from the Old Quarter, the pick up address is at our office at 72 Hang Trong, Hoan Kiem.

2. The bus fee depends on which cruise you want to book and the drop off point is the same as pick up.

3. For a 2 day 1 night trip, you will have 2 lunches, 1 dinner and 1 breakfast. The meals will be buffet and set menu. If you cannot eat beef, the cruise will have alternative foods such as pork, chicken, seafood...

4. Besides the room cost, you will pay for drinks, spa service on your own expenses.

5. Kayaking is free for most cruises now. It's easy to do it by yourself without a guide

As far as I know you are interested in our Signature cruise and if you are a group of 5 persons, you will need an extra bed for the last person to join Elite Family cabin. This kind of cabin consists of 02 double beds. If you book 2 normal cabins, I am so sorry as there are no connecting cabins available on Signature cruise OR Signature Royal cruise. Thank you for getting back to me! At the moment we still have junior suite cabin available on your trip date and the cost is $280 excluding transfer. If you are arriving by air, I suggest you to take flight that arrives in Hanoi no later than 7:30am so as to be on time for the cruise. We can arrange a private transfer direct from the airport to the pier and the cost is $120/car. If you have other questions please let me know!

As November is our peak season and over half of the date are fully booked already, I strongly recommend you to consider booking in advance. Otherwise the cruise may get fully booked quickly. If you are strict vegetarians (do not eat even seafood, egg, milk) the boat will prepare some dishes with vegetable, mushroom... for you. Dear Chew, As you are 2 families with 2 children/ each thus I am afraid that 4 of you can not stay within 01 cabin even for Junior or Senior suite cabin thus you may need to go with 03 cabins for 2 families ( 2 kids - stay at a twin cabin) another 2 kids will share the same beds with parents to save cost. Your cabin cost will charge as 75% based on parents' cabin. An alternative is to take 2 family suites - which will be easier for you to attend to your children. The bus can only pick up and drop off from hotels inside Hanoi Old Quarter. You can pay a deposit by credit card and the rest can be in whichever currency you prefer (USD or VND). Best regards,

Hi Julie, Thank you for your question! As your group has 5 adults, I suggest you take either a family suite + a junior suite, or 2 junior suites with extra bed. The maximum capacity a cabin on Signature can hold is 4 adults only. For your information, Signature Cruise is available for charter but with 12 cabins, the cruise may be a bit too much for your group. I suggest you consider Legend Halong Cruise 3 cabins, Amira Cruise 3 cabins, or Valentine Cruise 5 cabins, which are closer match. Best regards,

The staff were extremely welcoming with friendly smiles.
The activities were extremely well organized along with our tour guide Tom Cruise appearing like magic explaining all the places we stopped.
The boat took us around Bai Tu Long Bay. If you really want to get away from the crowds of Halong Bay, it was great and there weren't too many boats around to bother you.
The scenery was unmatched. We loved our stay here. The space was beautiful, spacious overall, and the staff always went out of their way to accommodate our requests.
It was a great bonus to our Vietnam trip.
Highly recommend it to everyone!!!!!

Whole cruise was great, our schedule was 3 days 2 nights, schedule in Cat Ba was much quieter than in Ha Long, the guy Tom Cruise, was really admirable with his hard work and accommodating. Room was extremely clean, balcony short view, very private, the activities were also fun, we availed the 3 days option, many options to join, very high value for money. Nothing can stop me from recommending this ship.
