Check in at Lot 25, 1st Floor, Terminal - Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City.
Welcome onboard. Enjoy a welcome drink. The ship sets sail and cruises to Halong Bay.

We would like to do your cruise but we are concerned about being back in time for the cruise ship departure. Gangway is up at 1800hrs will we have time to transfer from your birth to the ship on time?
Dear Andy, Pamela Cruise disembarks at 17:30 and it is at the same port as Celebrity Solstice so I think it would be fine. Otherwise, I would suggest Ambassador Day Cruise. This cruise disembarks at 16:00 and it is also at the same pier so you will have a plenty of time. Best regards, Annie (Ms.)
We will be in Haiphong. How much is pickup and drop-off back to our hotel in Haiphong/Thuong Ly? 3 adults. And is the cruise embarking at/disembarking at Tuan Chau or International Cruise Port?

Can the tour be finished at around 8pm at hanoi? Or can a transfer be arranged directly to the airport so I can arrive by 9pm?
