I heard that typhoon damage has been severe in Ha Long. I'm planning to visit Ha Long on October 8th. Is there any change in the use of cruise facilities or tourism schedules? I wonder if there is a shower facility if I swim in a jacuzzi or the sea. I'm booking a car separately, so should I know that it's a 10 o'clock check-in and 18 o'clock disembarkation based on the dock?
Dear Lee, Please be advised everything has returned to normal after the typhoon so please no worries. There is a shower facility and towels for you to use after you swim so please no worries. Please see the time table below:
9:15: Check in at Lot 25, 1st Floor, Terminal - Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City.
17:30: The ship returns to Halong International Cruise Port. End of the trip.
If you book Pamela Cruise, the price is USD 56 per adult x 7 (children from 10 years old are applied adult's rate) = USD 392 excluding transfers. Please let me know if you want to book it now.

We will be at the international port with the cruise Celebrity Solstice on 13 november 2024. How do we proceed to get to the Block 21st, Tuan Chau Pier, Halong from there ? Can you tell me il we will be back to the cruise for 18:30 ? Thank's
Dear Michel Simard, As it is a short distance, you can simply take a taxi for the most convenience. Or in case you prefer a private transfer, we offer sedan car for 2 persons at US$ 25/way.
