In times of conflict, when foreign invaders intended to conquer the area, a brave woman named Ba Chua Trung Trang gathered the local men to defend their homeland at sea. After the glorious victory, Ba Chua returned to the cave to safeguard the lives of the citizens. In honor of her courage and contribution, the cave was named Trung Trang Cave.
