Check in Pan Pacific Hotel. Take a quick break in your Deluxe Room, then go sightseeing and explore West Lake – the largest and one of the most beautiful lakes in Hanoi. Overnight in Pan Pacific Hotel.
Our driver will wait you in front of your hotel around 8:15 am. Be ready for a 3-hour scenic drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay. On arrival, board on Capella Cruise and meet enthusiastic crew team. Pampering yourself with impeccable services and revel in the picturesque scenery of the legendary Bay.
Capella Cruise continues sailing to further parts of Halong Bay. Take time to admire blue sea and sky, majestic limestone islands and islets, and natural surroundings. Cruise program ends at noon. The car will bring you return to Hanoi. Trip ends!

Dear Charles Sammut, Yes, the bus transfer is a round trip from Pan Pacific Hotel to the cruise pier and return. For the airport transfer, it is from either the airport to Hanoi center, or Hanoi center to the airport. Best regards, Annie (Ms.)
